Nuestras Raíces has been selected as a finalist in the Ashoka's Changemakers Young Men at Risk: Transforming the Power of a Generation competition!

We are one of 14 finalists out of 360 entries from 39 countries. Ashoka's Changemakers in collaboration with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation launched the competition with the aim of finding "the most innovative approaches for supporting a generation of young men in realizing their highest potential." A panel of judges from prestigious organizations around the country reviewed and selected the finalists and now it is up you who believe in our work, to visit the competition website and vote for us! Three winners will receive $5,000 from the initial competition and winners located within the US are invited to apply for funding from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's Vulnerable Populations Portfolio which has up to $1,000,000 available for organizations with innovative methods.
