Baking Workshop Level I
Saturday, March 7 & 14, 2026
In-person · 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
A hands-on workshop ideal for beginners, where you will learn how to make a cake from scratch while understanding the ingredients, their functions, and the perfect balance of the recipe. We will work on proper mixing techniques, beating and baking times, and finish with decoration using professional methods adapted for group work.
At the end of the workshop, you will take home a fully decorated cake, learn the real cost of the recipe, and gain the essential skills needed to repeat the process at home or even prepare it for sale.
