In this financial education and credit repair workshop, you will learn how the credit system really works and discover proven strategies to get out of debt, rebuild your credit history, and use a credit card the right way.

Description
Welcome to the Baking Workshop Level I.
In this hands-on workshop, we will start from the basics—understanding ingredients, their functions, and the proper balance of a cake recipe—leading all the way to the final decoration using professional techniques adapted for group work.
During the workshop, participants will not only learn how to prepare a well-structured cake, but also how to:

Properly handle cake batters

Understand mixing and baking times

Prepare fillings, creams, and frostings

Apply basic cake decoration techniques

Organize time effectively throughout the workshop
To maximize learning and avoid information overload, the workshop will be divided into two days:
Day 1 – 3 hours
Focus: Cake Base

Introduction to ingredients and their role in the recipe

Review of measurements, conversions, and recipe costs

Step-by-step cake preparation

Proper mixing and beating techniques

Pan preparation

Baking process and explanation of proper cooling
(The cake will be ready to rest, which is essential for proper decoration.)
Day 2 – 4 hours
Focus: Filling, Frosting, and Decoration

Adjusting consistency based on climate and usage

Basic decoration techniques
