Farm Manager

Are you passionate about sustainable agriculture, community empowerment, and local food systems? Join the Nuestras Raíces team and lead the operations of our 30-acre urban farm while supporting a diverse community of farmers.

What you’ll do:

Lead daily farm operations, including crop planning and production
Support and mentor incubator farmers with training and technical assistance
Oversee farm infrastructure, equipment, and sustainable land practices
Coordinate programs, community events, and partnerships
Supervise staff, volunteers, and seasonal workers

Position details:

● Full-time (year-round)
● $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
